Over the recent difficult economic times, business owners have heard employees say that price is the only way we can get our customers to buy from us. This is not the case. We find that customers are willing to buy from us, and that price is not the main motivation.There are a lot of angles that can be taken here, but in general, customers are looking for more than just price. We are all customers, and have some basic needs as we are looking at where to purchase products and services. A few of these are:
